Instructions
For Ordering - All orders must be accompanied by check or money
order made to Hove’ Parfumeur, Ltd. or AMEX,VISA,MC, Diner’s Club,
Discover, JCB information. - Payments must be made in US Currency payable to
a US Bank. - All orders must contain handling fees. These are based on the amount of each
order to a separate address. Hove’
will not ship unless the correct amount for handling fees has been
included. Handling fees are
non-refundable. - Special delivery services are available through
UPS, USPS( foreign only), and Federal Express- Please telephone between the
hours of 10AM-5PM (CST) for additional charges. This includes air service to parts of Alaska and Hawaii, and
all foreign. - All orders are insured. - Additional shipping charges by the carrier, due
to the redirection of packages once shipped, will be billed to the customer. - RETURN POLICY: Perfumes, colognes, body oils, body powders,
body lotions, room spray, soaps, and candles once opened or used, cannot be
accepted for return. If Hove’ has
shipped the wrong item or if there are any problems, please write or phone us
and we will answer immediately. Only
packages approved for return will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sales are final after 15 days of
receipt. |
